At Bitspiration Booster VC, we place great emphasis on processing your personal data in compliance with applicable Polish and European Union laws, including the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the “GDPR”).
This Privacy Policy is directed at users of the website https://bitspiration.vc/ (the “Service”). Below, we describe the principles of collecting and using data from Service users, the purpose and legal basis for processing this data, the contact details of the Data Controller, and your rights. Please read this document carefully. If any aspect of our Privacy Policy is unclear, we will gladly answer any questions. Please contact us regarding this at [email protected].

Data Controller. Contact Information
The controller of your data is Bitspiration Booster Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Mogilska 43, 31-545 Kraków (the “Controller”). If you have any questions regarding the processing of your data by the Controller, we encourage you to contact us via email at [email protected].

Personal Data Security
Access to your data is granted only to authorized individuals, to the extent necessary to handle the newsletter, respond to inquiries, and manage the related matters. We ensure that we employ the necessary organizational and technical solutions to safeguard your data.

Scope of Collected Personal Data
We may collect your data in three cases: if you contact us via the contact form, send us an email, or subscribe to our newsletter.
The Service allows you to contact the Controller through the contact form. By choosing this method of contact, you provide identifying data (your name and surname), contact details (email address), as well as any other information contained in the message you send us. The scope of data you provide in the message depends on your decision and the nature of the matter.
Providing us with the mentioned data is necessary for further correspondence with you. Therefore, submitting your data for the purposes related to inquiries and handling the matter is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your message. Not providing this data may prevent us from responding to your inquiry and addressing the matter. We ensure that data provided in this manner is stored securely and disclosed only to authorized individuals.
If you decide to subscribe to the newsletter, you provide us with your email address and information about your role (Investor/Founder/Observer). We need this data to send you the newsletter (subscription to the newsletter is entirely voluntary, and you can unsubscribe at any time).

Source of Personal Data
If you use the option to contact the Controller via the contact form, send an email, or subscribe to the newsletter, the data will be provided directly by you. If your data was provided in relation to a matter handled by another person who directed the matter to the Controller, the source of the data is that person.

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Your data may be processed to send the newsletter, respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form or email, and conduct further correspondence to handle the matter, based on consent and the Controller’s legitimate interest in fulfilling the Service users’ requests and in handling correspondence directed to it in connection with its business activities (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR).
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Right to Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw your consent for processing contact data at any time by contacting us at the above email address. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal. However, please note that withdrawing consent may hinder or prevent contact with you.

Rights under the GDPR Regarding Processed Data
You have the right to request from the Controller:

  • Access to your data and obtain a copy (Article 15 of the GDPR);
  • Rectification or correction of data (Article 16 of the GDPR) if you notice that the data is incorrect or incomplete;
  • Deletion of data (Article 17 of the GDPR) if the processing is no longer necessary for the purpose for which the data was collected;
  • Restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR) if, for example, you notice that the data is incorrect, you may request the restriction of processing your data for a period allowing us to verify the correctness of the data;

and to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by the Controller with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Recipients of Your Personal Data
Your data may be shared with external entities, such as postal operators, hosting and email server providers, and the entity managing the newsletter, but only to the extent necessary for the Controller to provide specific services. We ensure that our subcontractors apply appropriate security measures for your data.
In other cases, the recipients of your personal data may only be entities that request such data and are authorized to receive it under the law.

Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored until the withdrawal of consent or until the matter is resolved, and then for the period and to the extent necessary for establishing, asserting, or defending against potential claims.

Transfer of Data to a Third Country or International Organization
Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
