ASI BB-1 has already completed its investment period, both in terms of acquiring new investors and investing assets in portfolio companies.

ASI Podlasie Bitspiration Booster Limited Liability Partnership is an entity making investments under the Financial Instrument – Equity Investment (the “Entrepreneurial Podlaskie” project), in accordance with Operational Agreement No. 4/RPPD/1219/2019/1/DIF/187, dated June 5, 2019, between Bitspiration Booster Ltd. (as the Financial Intermediary) and the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (as the Fund of Funds Manager for the Podlaskie Voivodeship).

Capitalization of the Financial Instrument: PLN 14,605,000, including EU funding: PLN 11,776,000.

ASI Bridge Alfa Bitspiration Booster (in the period of disinvestment)

ASI Bridge Alfa Bitspiration Booster Limited Liability Partnership carried out a Grant Project in collaboration with the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) under the Operational Program Intelligent Development 2014-2020, Priority I Support for R&D Activities by Enterprises, Measure 1.3. R&D Financing with Equity Funds, Submeasure 1.3.1. Support for Research and Development Projects at the Pre-seed Stage through Proof of Concept Funds – BRIdge Alfa, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

The Grant Project involved the verification and selection of the most innovative R&D projects, followed by the provision of funding – investments (from funds provided by private investors of ASI Bridge Alfa Bitspiration Booster Limited Liability Partnership) and grants (support; from funds provided by NCBR).

Total budget: PLN 33,776,900.76.

NCBR co-financing (EU funding): PLN 26,126,194.85.
